We recently used SSMD Removals, run by Mira, and couldn’t be happier with the service. Mira was fantastic from start to finish - always quick to respond, punctual, and incredibly helpful. She bent over backwards to accommodate us at fairly short notice, making what could have been a stressful move so much easier. Mira and her team were professional, efficient, and took great care throughout the entire process. I genuinely couldn’t fault them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SSMD Removals to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly removal company. Thank you, Mira and the team!

I genuinely don’t even know where to start, this team were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment they arrived, they brought such a calm, positive energy into what could have been a really stressful day. Every single person was kind, respectful, and so hardworking it honestly felt like we were in the safest hands possible. What meant the most to me is how much they truly cared. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They carefully placed everything in the right rooms without us even needing to guide them and one of the team members even took the time to fix my broken bed frame from years ago which completely sums up the level of service they provide. It’s those little things that make such a big difference. My sister and I had been quite anxious beforehand as we couldn’t take time off work and didn’t want our mum handling everything on her own. But honestly, we didn’t need to worry for a second. When I arrived later, everything had been handled so smoothly, it genuinely felt like a full production team had come in and taken care of everything. I’m so, so grateful. Thank you for not only doing an incredible job, but for going above and beyond in a way that really meant a lot to our family. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend you. Truly outstanding. 👏🏽✨
